Dear Texas Oilman's Sponsor,
The Texas Oilman's Bass Invitational (TOBI) Board of Director's and comittee members once again extend it's sincere appreciation for your past tournament support through sponsorship donations. Your sponsorship directly affects the success of TOBI and allows it to continue to be a quality fishing tournament experiance.
Most importantly, your sponsorship permits TOBI to support charitable organizations such as the Texas Children's Hospital through cash donations. Due to the generosity of our sponsors following last year's tournamnet, representatives from the hostpital were presented with funds totaling $200,000, which brings our total contribution to $1,243,789.30.
TOBI also continues to conduct it's annual fishing event for the Texas Children's Hospital. This year, children from the hospital participated in a day of fishing at the private lake of Mr. Marshall Wiley. We grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, taught the kids to fish and gave them the opportunity to make new friends. Each child left not only with hats and fishing rods, but also with a memory that will be with them for the rest of their lives. Proceeds from the tournament also funded a Christmas Party where approximately 300 gifts were provided to patients and their siblings.
The goal of the Board and Tournament Committees fo the 22nd annual TOBI is to continue to conduct a quality invitational oil industry tournament that financially contributes to the Texas Children's Hospital. With this goal in mind, we invite you to participate in the 2012 March tournament which will be held at Cypress Bend Park on Toledo Bend Reservoir. Registration is on March 15th, with the tournament on March 16th and 17th.
Sponsorship donations will include the following benefits:
$10,000 Platinum Sponsorship: Full page ad in the tournament program and recognition on the Platinum sponsor board.
$ 5,000 Gold Sponsorship: Full page ad in the tournament program and recognition on the Gold sponsor board.
$ 2,500 Silver Sponsorship: Full page ad in the tournament program and recognition on the Silver sponsor board.
$ 1,000 Full-page color ad in the tournament program and your company name posted on the sponsorship board.
$ 600 Full-page black & white ad in the tournament program and your company name posted on the sponsorship board.
$ 300 Half-page black & white ad in the tournament program and your company name posted on the sponsorship board.
In additiona to the above, a direct link to your company's web site will be included on the TOBI web site at http://www.tobibass.com. The Texas Oilman's Bass Invitational is classified as a non-profit organization under Federal Code 501(c)(3), so your donation is tax deductible. Our Federal Tax I.D. number is 76-0326799. New 2012 TOBI oil industry sponsors requesting team spots will be reviewed based on available team spots.
To meet the printing deadline of February 1, 2012, and to ensure your company's advertisement gets into the tournament booklet, you are requested to submit your ad along with your sponsorship form. Your ad (artwork) should be submitted as an electronic file. Artwork size should be to the dimensions specified on the specifications sheet below.

Dear Texas Oilman's Bass Invitational,
On behalf of the children served by the Texas Children's Hospital Renal Dialysis and Kidney Transplant programs, we extend our sincere appreciation to you for all that TOBI has donated to Texas Children's Hospital in the past 19 years. During that time, TOBI has raised more than $1,000,000, with a one-year donation topping $180,000 for last year.
These funds are vital not only for fulfilling our mission to provide the best dialysis and transplant patient care and to conduct the advanced research in the world, but to provide support for patients and families that impact their daily lives dealing with chronic illness. We are very excited to announce that TOBI funds have allowed us to recruit Dr. Shari Neul, an outstanding psychologist, who will devote 100% of her time to the children and families cared for in our dialysis and transplant programs. Dr. Neul has extensive experience working with children with chronic disease and their families, including those affected by kidney disease. We have worked with TOBI for the past six years to achieve this goal for our Program and families, and appreciate TOBI's dedication to make it a reality.
As always, TOBI funds help send patients to camp and help with school supplies, and they help in times of emergency, such as the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Ike. Data from Texas Children's Hospital studies using equipment and technology funded by TOBI are being used to improve the lives of children throughout the country.
